		<description>With regards to the free Freesat receivers being given to LF7700 owners - Why is it, that when you have specified a delivery date of within 7 working days, that this has been ignored, and when contacting Customer Services, find out that the receivers haven&#039;t been delivered.

		<description>I received these answers to my questions regarding BBC iplayer and the LF7700 television.
&lt;br&gt;However, need more detailed answers to my further questions.

&lt;br&gt;•The delay in release BBC iPlayer. 
&lt;br&gt;“The delay in the release of bbc iplayer has been due to technical difficulties with the software”
&lt;br&gt;So why have they been telling customers enquiring:-
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;&quot;Unfortunately we do not at present have any information as the exact release date for when BBC iPlayer will be available on LG televisions. We can confirm we are currently in talks with BBC regarding this matter and hope to have an answer in the near future.&quot;  
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;•Why dates such as soon, mid-July was given for the BBC iPlayer update. 
&lt;br&gt;“The dates were planned release dates but have been put back due to technical difficulties”
&lt;br&gt;Why wasn&#039;t anything posted on Freesat&#039;s website or LG&#039;s website regarding this ?
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;•Why it has taken until 23rd August to display anything regarding BBC iPlayer on LG’s website. 
&lt;br&gt;“LG have never stated iplayer will be available, its function of freesat HD was released after the televisions were manufactured.”
&lt;br&gt;Then why have dates been given throughout Jan-July, and e-mails regarding BBC iplayer, without anything being placed on the website until 23rd August ?
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;•Whether your company has now abandoned a whole cohort of your customers by deciding not to proceed with any future updates (including ITV Player, and other Freesat HD services). 
&lt;br&gt;“New updates will be available when faults that require a firmware fix are detected”
&lt;br&gt;The EPG &#039;freeze&#039; bug has been present since it&#039;s introduction, and improvements could be made to the favourites menu. Have they decided not to proceed with the BBC iplayer update by offering a freesat box ?
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;•An accurate indication when the BBC iplayer update will happen, and the update for ITV player. 
&lt;br&gt;“Unfortunately there is no available indication due to ongoing difficulties”
&lt;br&gt;So has this update been abandoned ?

&lt;br&gt;•Why the LF7700 has become an discontinued product.
&lt;br&gt;“Models are discontinued after 4-5 months of being on the market to make way for new ones”

		<description>We bought our LG washing machine 8 months ago and there&#039;s been a problem with it for the last 3 months. We&#039;ve spoken to countless numbers of ppl at the call center, had 2 engineers come and take a look at it and a third engineer took our machine offsite and returned it with the same problem! I spoke with another person at the call center yesterday who said he doesn&#039;t have a record the engineer coming to take my machine offsite! He said that all he can do is to send ANOTHER engineer out or for me to email the process I have gone through to try and get my machine fixed (shouldn&#039;t LG keep a log of it!) to the following email address: &lt;a href=&quot;mailto:cic.uk@lge.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;cic.uk@lge.com&lt;/a&gt;. I am really disappointed with the service of LG at the minute and up to this point I have been fairly happy with the product. I then read a post on here from three weeks ago and you still have not sorted it out. How hard is it to just give people a actually email address instead of some long winded non working form.</description>
